Dear Customer, We are truly sorry for the delay in communication as we were trying to gather more information to update you in the midst of many moving pieces. As you may know, we have faced production delays due to the devastating Los Angeles fires, as keeping our staff safe was our number one priority. We initially estimated that this was supposed to take 7-10 weeks to arrive safely in your hands and we apologize that you haven't received the product. We just received a personal update from James who is currently undergoing crucial medical treatment overseas for the next 3 weeks or so. We are trying our best to coordinate with him to individually hand sign each jersey once he's back in the country and feels well enough to do so. The jerseys are all finished and the non-autographed jerseys will begin shipping in the next week. Now we just wait on James to sign the rest so that we can ship your autographed jerseys out. We don't currently have an exact date for shipping but we hope to get these out in the next 4-5 weeks. We sincerely apologize for these unforeseen delays and hope you can understand that we've faced some very challenging obstacles. We continue to pray for James and will update you with your tracking once the jerseys are shipped.
